Refund & Exchange Policy

At Innovega Pharma, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all our nutraceutical products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been delivered.

However, we provide product exchange only in case of incorrect product delivery.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only if:

• You received the wrong product compared to your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.

2. Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product has been opened or used

• Request made after 48 hours of delivery

• Product damaged due to customer mishandling

• Customer ordered the wrong product themselves

3. Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, please contact us with the following details:

• Order ID

• Photos or video of the product received

• Image of the shipping label

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Exchange Process

Once the request is approved:

• Our team will arrange for the replacement of the correct product.

• The incorrect product may be picked up by our courier partner or you may be asked to return it.

Exchange will be processed at no additional cost if the mistake was from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
